TechMentor Events
The TechMentor website was the first site I built for 1105 Media. I developed a concept for the landing page that was flexible enough to allow for current and future events across the US. After the initial build, I went on to develop an entire site for the Orlando event that carried over the overall style but stood out on it's own.
Neat fact: The flash carousel on the home page was originally a coda slider that I developed using jQuery. After a number of revisions and feature requests, we decided to use a flash carousel instead that used an XML library to fetch it's content. I designed the green Learn More » buttons in honor of the Hulu interface which I was studying at the time.
